Mercedes-Benz of Nashville invited a new friend, 8 year-old Connor Doyle, to the dealership for a special Christmas surprise in 2012. In 2008, Connor was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, a form of high functioning autism. Connor loves keys and key chains so Santa hid gifts for Connor all over the dealership! He, along with help from his mom and dad and a few dealership associates, searched high and low and found lots of keys and even two toy cars wrapped up with his name on them under the tree. Everyone from the dealership signed a giant card wishing Connor a Very Merry Christmas from everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville.

Mercedes-Benz of Nashville's 3rd Annual Mercedes-Benz Dealer Championship Tennis Tournament was held at Wildwood Swim and Tennis Club on August 22 and 23, 2013. The entry fee was a 100% donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Middle Tennessee. The entire event raised $8575 to help fulfill the dreams of children with life-threatening medical conditions through wish-granting work.
Three very special members of the Mercedes-Benz of Nashville family were able to attend - Sydney, Lily and their mother Lori. General Manager, Harold Hamilton, presented Sydney and Lily with Swarovski Disney pins from the silent auction they had been watching. The pins reminded them of the Disney Cruise Sydney wished for from Make-A-Wish of Middle Tennessee which was granted by Mercedes-Benz of Nashville in 2012.
The 1st place winning team was Katrena Amason & Kelly Pinkley. They will advance to the Eastern Sectional in November.
The Mercedes-Benz Dealer Championships is a grassroots program hosting amateur golf and tennis events across the United States each year, with Mercedes-Benz owners and prospects from Mercedes-Benz dealers' communities participating. Among the most meaningful aspects of the Mercedes-Benz Dealer Championships is its charitable component. In the inaugural year, the program raised $150,000 dollars for charity. These funds support many worthwhile charitable organizations, many located within the host dealers' community.

This year's 1st
place winning team was Sue Collins & Wendy Ivester. They will advance
to the Eastern Sectional at Pinehurst!
The entry fee was a 100% donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Middle Tennessee. The event raised $15,575 to help fulfill the dreams of children with life-threatening medical conditions through wish-granting work. It means so much to us to be able to make these children's dreams come true.

Josh's wish to be a rodeo cowboy will be granted soon.  He will be visiting a local ranch and a local rodeo then he's off to a real dude ranch in New Mexico this summer!  He has already taken his first lesson to prepare for his visit. To be sure he is ready for his wish, Mercedes-Benz of Nashville has given him everything he needs to be a real cowboy. He couldn't wait to get home and try on his new cowboy attire!

Y-CAP is an outreach program that serves teens (ages 12-18) of Williamson County, TN by offering dynamic opportunities to grow in Spirit, Mind, and Body. They believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Their mission is to offer new opportunities for teens through artistic exploration, volunteerism, teambuilding, goal setting, relationship building, and life skills development. The program and curriculum is intentionally developed to teach participants to value three areas of focus: Healthy Living, Youth Development, and Social Responsibility. From goal setting to an honest assessment of gifts and skills, Y-CAP helps students discover where they want to be as skilled professionals in the future. They believe every person has the ability to grow each day. This requires discipline, independent living skills, vision and life enabling strategies.
