As a family, we've purchased now six used cars from MB of Nash over the past 3 years. Each buying experience had its high points... and low points. Regardless, the decorum of quality and professionalism seems ever present at the dealership. Most notable is the placement of sales and operations management at the very front of the entrance. Accessibility to Tom and Kirt facilitates a generally quick and efficient buying process. They negotiate openly and provide confidence. Additionally, the floor sales team is accommodating and helpful to coordinate the purchase steps. Perhaps my one consistent point of frustration is two fold: 1) purchased used cars have at times required follow-on trips back to the dealership (post-sale) as service work may not have been completed properly, and 2) the process to potentially purchase extended warranties needs to be made much clearer, credible, and conducive to an educated buying decision. Much more could be said on these topics, though the overarching view is that MB of Nash provides an intuitive website for online shopping, a professional purchase experience (with the noted exception of extended warranty sales angst), and a valued venue for continued used car acquisitions; that is, as the family continues to mature.

I found a practically new Honda Odyssey on CarGurus and drove from Knoxville to Mercedes Benz of Nashville to take a look. I was greeted by Jim Ransom and from start to finish, he provided outstanding customer service. I had my 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter with me and I knew it was going to be a challenge to take a test drive and then try and negotiate a trade and a purchase. I have a 2006 AMG that was highly modified by RennTECH. Mercedes-Benz of Nashville has not only AMG technicians but also a RennTECH trained technician. Not sure I would take either of my early AMGs to any other dealership or mechanic. Dalton is my service advisor and he is prompt and very helpful. The dealership tends to be very busy which is a sign that they provide great service. We were looking for an SUV in which to haul our recumbent trikes to various trails for riding activities. We had looked at all the upper echelon SUVs including the Audi, Mercedes (at Mercedes Benz of Macon and Mercedes Benz of Music City), and Kia (Telluride). We were out yesterday looking at and measuring the Audi Q7 at another Sonic dealer in Brentwood. We finished with that task and while Mercedes Benz of Nashville had previously not had any CPOs in the GLS 450, I decided to call to see if there were any of that model on the lot. The person answering the phone told me that there was one available and so we went right over and, as fate would have it, we ended the day buying the newly traded in 2022 GLS 450 with Jan Crick being our advisor through the process. Jan was great at all the information on that vehicle and we had been leaning in that brand direction which made it easier for us to understand the process. We had test driven the GLS 450 in Macon with the guidance of Marcus Simpson of Jackson Automotive just the week preceding this acquisition. We had actually discussed going back to Macon and buying at that dealership; but we had previously bought from Mercedes Benz of Nashville (E350 sedan in 2008). So we felt confident and somewhat brand and dealership loyal to go back to our local dealer. Hence, our somewhat unplanned call and visit to Mercedes Benz of Nashville yesterday. We drove away satisfied with the purchase we made. As an addendum, Ryan Storm and our finance closing agent, Jay, were very good and efficient at explaining everything about this purchase, Ryan was especially helpful in explaining the cost/benefit planning for post purchase care of this vehicle. We will be coming back to Mercedes Benz of Nashville for another car in a few years to replace the 2006 E350.

Recall repair

No matter what you schedule , it takes all day for it to be completed. The staff is very professional and courteous. The only complaint I have is that Mercedes and/or the Zonic Dealership charges way too much for routine service - 5 times what I pay for my other car or truck.

I am visiting my son in Nashville and on my way there from Atlanta my low battery warning light came on. MB of Nashville were happy to accomodate my emergency evaluation the next day and diagnosed I needed a new battery which they installed. In addition I was previously told that my malfunctioning fuel door needed to be replaced to the tune of $500 by my MB dealer in the ATL. I declined to have it fixed but as in continured to malfunction I asked MB of Nashville to evaluate it. After adjustment and lubrication of the door (at no charge) if now works perfectly. My service advisor, Ryan, gave superb care of me and my problems. I may well get my routine service in Nashville in the furture. Thanks to Ryan and the staff at MB Nashville.

Took my 2020 SL450 in for its 2 year service (only 12,000 miles) and Ryan was my service advisor. He knew exactly what needed to be done, had a loaner car ready for me. In addition, he realized that the parts for my 3020 GLE had come in and scheduled a time to get that warranty work done. No one else from MB called me to tell me the parts were in (ordered 4 1/2 months ago) but Ryan was so through he checked on his own Very pleased with him and the service.

Hats off to the team at MB of Nashville. We limped into the dealership spewing brake fluid. The shop took us in promptly, without us having an appointment, resolved the issue and got us on the road in 6 hours. MB of Nashville will be my first choice for service when we are in TN.

I've always had a positive experience with MBz of Nashville (Cool Springs), over the years, the service has been excellent, proficient and professional. I drive about 90 miles, because of the service department (there is a MBz dealership in my city, less than 15 miles from my home). After I drove home I noticed a small but significant ding in the door that was not there before and expecting to be told they could not do anything since it was not noticed at the dealership they immediately arranged to have it repaired perfectly. For starters, we bought a Used Lexus at this dealership which was a very fair price! Unfortunately, this is where our positive review ends. Yes it was used, but after 2 trips through the “detailing department” we arrived home with still a large job ahead of us to clean the car up. I have pulled numerous gummies and Taco Bell sauce packets from obvious areas of the car. This just proves they did not take the time to actually clean it. Second, our sales person (who I will not say their name) was very condescending and arrogant to my wife who was visiting alone. When I arrived the following day to purchase the car, this person repeated the same phrase that was said to my wife before even introducing themself, “you see all these folders on my desk? Mercedes has improved the customer experience at their service center. It still was difficult to schedule an appointment and it’s disappointing that they use on off site scheduling service/call center because it made it challenging to get questions answered (do you have the right tire in stock) and schedule appointment. However once I was able to talk to the tire expert at the local dealership (by calling the parts department) she handled everything. Was able to get me in same day to get a new tire. The tired was fixed quicker than expected abs the service technicians were professional and good to work with.

Went in for a standard oil change and for some issues with one of our tires. They completed the oil change in a timely manner. Fixed the tire without charging me, and washed the vehicle. They have a nice waiting room, but their WiFi does not work well, which I needed to use for business related work.

(that would help cover the cost of it needed to be repaired) They looked it up for me and it was covered so they took my car right then. Very quick, professional, and friendly. I got an oil change along with a B-service that was due on my C300 and it only took a couple of hours at most. Jake was very helpful and took care of everything! The best dealership I’ve been to so far.

I visited Mercedes with a specific vehicle in mind. Due to the supply chain shortages right now, options at the dealership are very limited. Bert Henderson worked with me, and he helped me find the exact car I wanted in Germany awaiting to be shipped over to the states. Throughout the 6 weeks or so while I waited for the car to arrive, Bert let me know when the car was assigned to a ship, arrived at the port, and then when it finally got to the dealership. He was extremely friendly, knowledgable and kind when I emailed him asking for updates every other week or so. I wrote a very negative review yesterday explaining how this dealer would not honor their maintenance contract sold to me at time of purchase. While that was true and they charged me twice for the service, I did get a call today from one of their managers apologizing for our interaction yesterday and offered to refund the cost of the service maintenance that I paid yesterday, recognizing that I had already paid for it during the vehicle purchase process. He also explained they were retraining their sales staff to better explain how the maintenance plan works and to provide documentation to the buyer of what was sold. That was not done in my case back in 2018. I am also changing/raising my rating of this dealer to reflect my latest interaction.

I bought my A220 late on a Thursday. It was my 4th MB, but it had been years since the last one. I didn?t realize that the one I bought was set up to use the phone for navigation and apps, instead of having built in navigation and satellite radio. I was upset. They were willing to work with me to trade up. There customer service made me realize that I may have been missing something. After talking with my 26 year-old twins, I realized that this is what the younger generation is doing, using their phone. Our other vehicle is an SUV. Now that I have this A220, I can?t tell you how much I missed having a small sedan. Also, I?m here on a job from out of state. They collected the tax for my home state and will get me my tag.

I just purchased a 2021 GLC 300 SUV on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020 and it was the best experience I have had in all these years of buying vehicles. Dealer pricing was very fair. When we came to pick up the car the next day, Chris spent a lot of time explaining. the features of the car to me in detail and helped set up Bluetooth and other features connected to my phone. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Evan Pomin with the purchase of my used vehicle. We worked with Jim (James Ransom) and had a great experience. This was our first time leasing a car, and Jim was incredibly helpful and patient with us. We wanted to see several cars and he was happy to run out (in the pouring rain) to get the exact ones we wanted so we could drive them. Mai from finance was super helpful, going through all the details of the lease and working with us to create the exact deal that fit our budget. Ask for Evan! I’ve worked with Evan in the past, and it was a no brainer to have him help me with my recent purchase. I called ahead, and he had the vehicle parked out front for my arrival. Aside from having the right vehicle (and well-maintained records), time and money were important factors in my decision. The upfront price eliminated the stressful negotiation pocesss, and Evan ensured I was happy with my trade. He valued my time and was a joy to work with. Saw the BMW I was looking for on Cars.com at the M-Benz of Nashville dealer. Called the dealer late on a Saturday and got Patricia S. - one of the best auto sales person I've ever met! She checked on the vehicle, got right back with me, was very knowledgeable on the vehicle, and clearly knew how to do her job. On Sunday she took a short video of the car and sent it to me. After answering my questions, we arranged to buy the car. We flew to Nashville a few days later and picked it up. Patricia picked us up at the airport, and courteously went through the buying details at their first class dealership. She had already made sure that the car was detailed and ready to go, covering a lot of little details that could have easily been missed. The whole process was outstanding and very professional.
