The distinguished Mercedes-Benz GLS is a poignant, well-equipped option for elite drivers to consider. This full-size SUV offers three rows of seats in its elite cabin, bringing numerous improvements to the table in 2024 for you to appreciate.
The results of the mid-generation refresh start on the exterior. The front end uses a modernized look with a redesigned grille and improvements to the front bumper. The wide grille is subtly curved and shows off tall, chrome accent bars. The rear has a fresh look as well, with revised taillights. Select trims continue to be outfitted with exterior gear like adaptive headlights, a hands-free liftgate, 21-inch wheels or larger, a panoramic sunroof, summer performance tires, illuminated running boards, and additional features.
The improvements to the 2024 GLS continue to be enjoyed from behind the wheel with updates to the powertrains and mechanical features. The GLS 450 has the same V6 engine, but the engine has been retooled to deliver 375 horsepower. Likewise, the GLS 580's V8 powertrain now produces 510 horsepower. There is also an all-new Engineering package available for the 2024 model year. It adds a raised suspension and under-body protection. The GLS continues to have 4MATIC® all-wheel drive and an automatic nine-speed transmission for all trim levels.
The prestigious features available across each trim level are unchanged for the 2024 model year. However, the interior displays new color schemes and a redesigned steering wheel. The many features in the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS that carry up from the 2023 model year are leather upholstery, a heated steering wheel, soft-close doors, a 29-speaker premium audio system, heated seats for all three rows, cabin insulation, second-row captain's chairs, massaging for the first and second rows, a second-row tablet controller, wireless charging stations in the first two rows, a head-up display screen, temperature-controlled cupholders, a fragrance and air purification system and numerous other features.
