The 2023 EQS SUV offers standard seating for 5 passengers, and drivers have the option to add a third row that increases seating capacity to 7 passengers. The interior has exquisite styling and has been marvelously equipped. At the front of the SUV’s cabin, you will find a contemporary dashboard that holds a 12.8-inch OLED multimedia touchscreen portrait display. If you opt for the EQS 580 4MATIC® SUV, this gets upgraded to the MBUX Hyperscreen that combines three displays under a single 56-inch curved glass surface. These include a driver’s instrumentation panel, a central screen for the MBUX system, and an entertainment system screen in front of the passenger. The cabin is dressed up in leather material with wood accents. It also offers heat in the first and second rows, a Dolby sound system, ambient lighting, smart device integration, a navigation system, a multi-zone climate control system, and other fine features.
The EQS SUV’s exterior is equally stunning. The athleticism of this luxury SUV is brought to life through its façade with rolling curves across the hood and roof. The front end has a gorgeous grille design with a glossy-black finish and integrated LED headlights. The lower-front fascia adds to the EQS SUV’s appeal with a pair of large, two-tone air vents.
The 2023 EQS SUV’s true magic is experienced behind the wheel. It uses the same EVA2 platform that the automaker’s other electric vehicles use. There will be two EQS SUV models available in the 2023 model year. The base trim is a single-motor design with rear-wheel drive and produces 355 horsepower. The other trim is a double-motor design with all-wheel drive, and it gives you 536 horsepower. The EQS SUV has a range of up to 305 miles on a full battery charge.
