Harold has been with Sonic Automotive since 2002 and at the helm of Mercedes-Benz of Nashville since 2005. He strives daily to motivate the Mercedes-Benz family to accomplish 100% complete customer satisfaction. He also takes a personal hands-on approach to associate satisfaction. In his words, "One can't be accomplished without the other."

Tim has had many unique experiences in life, from playing semi-pro baseball to coaching up-and-coming players. This has molded him into less of a manager and more of a coach and contributes to his ability to motivate and train his salespeople to execute excellent customer service every time!

Robert has been with the Mercedes-Benz of Nashville family since 1995. He started as lot manager and has worked in many areas of the dealership including detail, dispatch, service and he is now Assistant Service Director.
