This is our first experience with Mercedes-Benz. We recently leased an E350 from Mercedes-Benz of Nashville, and the dealership gave us an outstanding deal. I came in with the battery to my CLS550 dead! I waited for a customer service advisor only to find out that the computers had been down the day before and they were playing catch-up on work from the day before. So they were busy! I was not upset and understood their circumstances so I decided to purchase the battery and have a friend install it. Dwayne at the parts counter was extremely helpful. He was very professional and took care of all my needs. After my purchase, Eli was going to load my new battery in the trunk...then we discovered that my car would not start because the battery was dead! (hence, that is why I was there). Then, Erik Stockton happened to be passing by and observed my situation and immediately took care of me too. I was so impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness that all the employees showed me while I was there. You have a great staff! I was very blessed to have ran across each person that made my experience a great one! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Please pass this along to all necessary staff to encourage them in the fact that when they do good and people do recognize it! I appreciate all that Dwayne, Eli and Erik did to make my day and visit to Mercedes-Benz of Nashville worth the wait.

Gentlemen, I write you this note because of one of your dealerships. Mercedes-Benz of Nashville has made one of my all time dreams come true, and that is to own a top line car. I originally went to the dealership to look at some used E350 and had an absolutely incredible experience. My sales person Brad Snyder, made this so easy and just was a real pleasure to work with. He turned what is usually an arduous process into an easy transaction. After I look at the used vehicle I was ready to purchase when after some further research it came to light that I should look at a new one. Well I ended up with a 2012 E350 that I feel I received at a fair price. I know not to many people walk out of a dealerships feeling they got a bargain, but I know with Brad's true pricing and showing me the numbers I really felt it was fair.
