I came in with the battery to my CLS550 dead! I waited for a customer service advisor only to find out that the computers had been down the day before and they were playing catch-up on work from the day before. So they were busy! I was not upset and understood their circumstances so I decided to purchase the battery and have a friend install it. Dwayne at the parts counter was extremely helpful. He was very professional and took care of all my needs. After my purchase, Eli was going to load my new battery in the trunk...then we discovered that my car would not start because the battery was dead! (hence, that is why I was there). Then, Erik Stockton happened to be passing by and observed my situation and immediately took care of me too. I was so impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness that all the employees showed me while I was there. You have a great staff! I was very blessed to have ran across each person that made my experience a great one! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
